Undesigning daily life

Book Idea!

Undesigning is state not characterised by any purpose; without an ulterior motive. We are always building, doing something. Many of these activities do not find a natural end. The water in the stream flows naturally, it is soft, takes the path of least resistance before entering the ocean.

Modern lives are designed to get caught with activities not finding their natural ends. This creates resistance, fragments, gaps, stresses in mind, and body. Undesigning deletes the purpose and hence the removes the internal stress. It rapidly unites the observer with the cosmic, existential sensorial world.

Waking, walking, climbing, sleeping, drinking, eating, sitting, weeping and so on are natural activities mostly untouched by an external idea. Undesigning daily life is a conscious capture of these moments in the form of visuals. They depict pictures of people who are not engaged with any idea or an external stimuli. They are simply relaxing to their natural rhythms.

Please share pictures of your experience this natural state and will collate to add into the book idea.
