What is the future of videos if mobile made it easy to create, edit, storify, broadcast and garner following influences on content consumption. The idea brought three ex-Yahoo!’s together and we started to explore the ‘rich wicked problem’ of mobile videos. We created Vliv Inc. to design a series of experiments to understand consumer behaviour around video consumption.

This resulted in design of Vliv-Videofun & Vool, a video-editing apps, that ranked among TOP 500 apps in the photo/video category in the IOS app store (US) consistently from Feb 2014 to 2015. The app clocked a monthly organic download of an average of 6-8K users. The app simplifies video editing on mobile devices and enables fun tools for enhanced expression using videos.

Vool explored the idea of mobile video collaboration tools to make stories with stickers enabling auto stitching of mobile videos on cloud
